Program Overview

SMRT Payments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “SMRT Payments”) operates an SMS marketing program that sends promotional and informational text messages on behalf of SMRT Payments and its merchant clients. By opting in to this program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS/MMS messages from SMRT Payments. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Messages are sent by SMRT Payments on its own behalf and on behalf of its merchant clients who use SMRT Payments’ online services and payment platform to reach their opted-in customers.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month, though actual frequency depends on ongoing promotions and the merchant programs you are subscribed to. Some months you may receive fewer messages.

We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in data with outside parties for their own marketing use.
