SMRT Payments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “SMRT Payments”) operates an SMS marketing program that sends promotional and informational text messages on behalf of SMRT Payments and its merchant clients. By opting in to this program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS/MMS messages from SMRT Payments. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The SMRT Payments SMS Marketing Program delivers promotional messages, special offers, event announcements, loyalty rewards, service updates, and other marketing communications. Messages are sent by SMRT Payments on its own behalf and on behalf of its merchant clients who use SMRT Payments’ online services and payment platform to reach their opted-in customers.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and that you agree to receive recurring automated marketing SMS/MMS messages from SMRT Payments at that number. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month, though actual frequency depends on ongoing promotions and the merchant programs you are subscribed to. Some months you may receive fewer messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. SMRT Payments is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving SMS/MMS messages.

After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing messages from this program. Please allow up to 24 hours for your opt-out to be fully processed. You may opt back in at any time by texting JOIN to our program number or re-enrolling at https://sms.smrtpayments.com/.

Your privacy is important to us. When you opt in to our SMS marketing program, we collect your mobile phone number and opt-in consent record. This information is used solely for the purpose of sending you the marketing messages described in this program.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
