By using SMRT Payments services, including but not limited to our SMS time clock system, payment processing services, customer relationship management tools, and related technologies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either as an individual or entity) and SMRT Payments LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Users are strictly prohibited from: attempting to breach security measures, using services for illegal activities, sharing access credentials, reverse engineering systems, sending unsolicited communications, or violating intellectual property rights.

SMS Messaging Terms

General SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from SMRT Payments for purposes including customer care messages, two-factor authentication messages, and account notification messages. Message frequency may vary. You can opt-in to our SMS services at https://sms.smrtpayments.com/.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final confirmation SMS and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

For help, reply HELP to any message. You will receive assistance information including our phone number, email, and website.

Message and data rates may apply. For details on how your information is used, please review our Privacy Policy.

SMS Marketing Program

SMRT Payments operates an SMS marketing program that sends promotional and informational messages on behalf of SMRT Payments and its merchant clients. By opting in to the marketing program via the enrollment form at https://sms.smrtpayments.com/, a merchant partner website, or in-person at a participating merchant location, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing SMS/MMS messages.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; up to 8 messages per month.

Consent: Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from SMRT Payments or our merchant partners.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any marketing message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will no longer receive marketing messages from this program.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
