Your Rights

Submit a Request
Contact us by email at [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” and include:
- Your full name, email, phone number
- The right(s) you wish to exercise
- Your relationship with us (e.g., customer, website visitor, employee/applicant)
- Any relevant identifiers (account ID, phone for SMS program)
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and to locate records. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization and identity verification.
Timelines & Responses
- Access/Deletion/Correction: We aim to respond within 45 days (CPRA) and one month (GDPR), extendable once where permitted.
- We will confirm receipt within 10 business days for CPRA requests.
- If we decline a request, we will explain why. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, or compliance obligations.
Appeals
If you are in a jurisdiction with an appeals right (e.g., Colorado, Virginia), you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject. We will respond within the timeframe required by your state law.
International Transfers
Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data from the EEA/UK to the U.S. See our Terms and Data Security Policy for more information.
