- Interference: Overloading infrastructure, denial‑of‑service, automated scraping that degrades service, or using robots contrary to robots.txt where applicable.
Messaging & Communications
- Obtain and document consent before sending messages; maintain suppression lists and honor STOP within 24 hours (immediately for automated flows).
- Identify your brand in messages and include opt‑out instructions where required.
- Use only approved sender IDs and registered campaigns for A2P/10DLC traffic.
API & Automation
- Respect published limits; do not try to circumvent quotas or authentication.
- Store credentials securely; rotate keys on suspicion of compromise.
- Use test environments and synthetic data where feasible; minimize production PII.
Monitoring & Enforcement
We may monitor for abuse and investigate suspected violations. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, block traffic, or notify authorities where required. We will act proportionally, taking into account user impact and legal obligations.
